Your Debaufre Swiss Watches wristwatch purchase at regular retail price includes a non-transferable 12 month guarantee from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects. Only parts which are defective as a result of a manufacturing defect as determined by Debaufre Swiss Watches or its authorized agents, will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Unauthorized repairs will void this warranty.

This limited warranty shall be the exclusive manufacturer warranty, except to the extent prohibited by law. No other warranty is given, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and no warranty shall extend beyond the period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.

The liability of Debaufre Swiss Watches is limited solely to repair or replacement as stated herein. Debaufre Swiss Watches shall not be liable, by virtue of the limited warranty or otherwise, for any loss or damage, injury or death arising out of the use of or inability to use the product, or for any incidental or consequential damages relating in any way to this product. We guarantee the watch will run within the manufacturer’s specifications for the watch movement for 90 days. After that, adjustments will be made at the owner’s expense.

The following are specifically excluded from the limited warranty:

• Loss of water resistance for any watch that passes a water resistance test on return to Debaufre Swiss Watches or its agents.
• Damage resulting from accidental impacts or inappropriate or abusive use.
• Unauthorized repairs.
• Scratches, chipping, or any damage to case, crystal, or crystal coatings.

Owner information for watches given as gifts must be registered with Debaufre Swiss Watches within ten days of the order date, or warranty coverage will not be provided.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary between states and countries. Should any legal action arise out of this agreement, the venue for any such proceeding shall be in the State and County where the main corporate office of Debaufre Swiss Watches is located.

Should your watch require repair, please contact your merchant via email for return authorization by referring to your invoice number before sending in your watch. We recommend that you send the watch without the watch box but very well packed and insured.
