"I actually returned my Nav-B because it was just too big. I have owned a lot of Panerai over the years and many other 44-mm watches, but the Nav-B was just too big. I will say that the quality of the watch was unbelievable. I own Breitling, Omega and Rolex and the quality of the Nav-B was on par with them at a fraction of the cost. To be honest I don't know how you sell this watch for the price.
I also would like to say that I received the best customer service that I have ever received. Your service was TOP NOTCH. You should be very proud of your company. I would definitely buy a Nav-B if you make a smaller version.
