"It is great to see a watch company following up on it's products. I love my Ocean 1. I ended up having it regulated by my local watch maker as it ran a bit fast, but no big deal there. It is now +/- 2 seconds per day. I was recently at the local Rolex dealer looking at a Submariner and was struck by how much heavier and more substantial the Ocean 1 looked and felt compared to the Sub. It is also nice to know that it can be serviced (or even replaced) at a fraction of the cost.
I also purchased a Mach 1 during your sample and demo sale in February. It unfortunately had a winding stem problem and was subsequently returned twice for repairs. I was a bit disappointed, but was extremely pleased when your excellent customer service department replaced it with a new watch after the second attempt at repairs.
The replacement has performed flawlessly and runs an amazing +/- 1 second per day with no adjustment necessary. I have been a watch aficionado for many years and don't usually expect too much from new or startup watch companies but Ste•••art has been a pleasant surprise. Your products and service have been outstanding so far. I hope you will maintain this going forward. I am considering one of your GMT models for my next purchase.
