"I've never worn or owned a gold watch before. I've become a big fan of the Ste•••art brand and now own 4 of them. Each one has a distinct flavor and the Grand Marquis is another example of the excellence of the brand and all at a very reasonable price for a Swiss Watch. The watch is a gigantic 47MM and looks beautiful on my wrist. The gold flavor isn't too blingy, and just enough to give it the right attention. I spend as much time looking at the exhibition back as I do the front as it is a perfect example of the beautify of watchmaking. The hand wind Unitas 6497 nickel plated movement is accented with blue screws and the movement is smooth, and adds another bit of unique value to the watch. If you hold the watch in changing light you'll notice the unique color of the hands, and that they change a bit when you move in the light. The watch has held within 3 seconds after a week of use.
