Shipping and Handling We ship 2 days a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All orders are usually shipped via FedEx. We do ship to PO Boxes, however US Postal Services will be used. The shipping / handling prices are determined based on your delivery address. We reserve the right to deny shipment of products without providing a reason and we reserve the right to select a shipping carrier depending on order. Currency All funds are in US Dollars. Privacy Policy We collect information volunteered during the order. We use this information to fulfill your order and to promptly address any customer service concerns that you may have. We respect the privacy of visitors and customers to our website. We do not sell or share our customers' and website visitors' email addresses or personal / business information to anyone for any reason whatsoever. If you send identifying information to us by email, we use that information only to provide you with our services and/or products, and to otherwise respond to your requests. All your personal information is stored in our secure servers, which only 5 security bonded personel have access to. The server automatically deletes information after 6 months. Refund Policy You must contact our customer service department via email within 3 days of delivery to receive a return authorization number (RA#) before returning any product. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. The product must be returned unused and original condition, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. The product is subject to final inspection before your refund is processed. By receiving a refund, you release us from any liability. Please allow 1 week to receive the refund. All refunds will be paid by check. Sales are final on all International orders (no refunds will be issued. If a repair issue exists, the watch will be serviced as per the warranty information). *depending upon availability Preorders If a pre-order is cancelled, the refund is minus a $20 pre-order fee. All refunds are issued via check. Scratch & Dent Watches sold as 'scratch and dent', which are discounted to special prices, are covered by a 30-day Manufacturer-Warranty and a 2-year Movement-Warranty (which only applies to the movement in the watch), sales are final as is. S&D refers to a variety of issues, including but not limited to blemishes such as scratches, dents or dings as well as 'sticky bezels', 'tough crowns' or dust/lint under the glass, etc. S&D watches are not eligible for exchange due to cosmetic issues. Exchange Policy Damaged watches will be exchanged or repaired. Contact Customer Service via email to receive a RA number before sending any product back. We will reimburse $10 for standard insured shipping. Movement Adjustment There are numerous reasons why a perfectly functioning wristwatch could need a small movement adjustment including transport; temperature changes (hot / cold); sudden movements or inconsistent lubrication by the movement manufacturer. This adjustment can be made by most any watchmaker, however if you would prefer us to do the adjustment, then all you need to cover is the shipping costs (include a check for $15 for return shipping). Payment Your credit card will be charged for the full amount as soon as the order has been received. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Cashiers Check and Money Orders.
