Return Policy E-mail

Our return policy is simple:
You need to submit an support ticket to customer service within 3 days of receiving the watch, in order to return the product. The product needs to be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear.

How to return:
1) Submit a support ticket in our Support Center
(include your order # in your ticket) within 3 days to receive a return authorization number (RA#) before returning a product. The date of your email must be within the 3 day rule.

2) We will usually reply to your support ticket within one business day with an RA#
.

3) Once you receive the RA#, securely package the product for shipping. The method of return shipping is up to you and the cost is non-refundable. Make sure to get insurance and tracking when shipping the product, as we can not be held responsible for damaged or lost packages and as such can't issue a refund if the product does not arrive in good order.

4) When your returned item arrives, our Service Department will inspect the product. Upon approved inspection, our Billing Department will issue a refund via check. Allow 1 week to receive the refund. The refund amount is minus shipping and a $15 handling fee
.


Sales are final on all International orders.

Please note that our watches are guaranteed for quality control at the same standards as the Swiss International Standard. The Swiss standard for quality control performed on watches is a bare-eye-test done at a distance of 20-cm (8-inches) from the watch.
