We believe in our products. This watch is manufactured according to the very latest methods of production. Each one is tested electronically and inspected by qualified watchmakers. We therefore guarantee this watch to be free from any defect due to faulty manufacture for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase for the original owner (excluding crystal glass, crown, bracelet, bezel insert, band, battery and damage caused by third parties, as well as wear and tear). Sales on scratch & dent or special discounted watches are final, however the 2 year warranty applies to the movement.
Our watches are guaranteed for quality control
at the same standards as the Swiss International Standard. The Swiss
standard for quality control performed on watches is a bare-eye-test
done at a distance of 20-cm (8-inches) from the watch.
Should your watch require repair, please get a return authorization number by submitting a support ticket in our Support Center (include your order # in your ticket), please refer to your invoice number/order number in the ticket, and you will receive an RA# and the address of the service center. We recommend you send the watch without the box, but very well wrapped and insured.
