Service Center E-mail
Our US based service center is located in Florida.
Please submit a support ticket in our Support Center
(include your order # in your ticket) to receive an authorization number before sending your watch in for service.

Please be advised, that before you can return any watch or product, you should receive an ra number. When returning a product, you are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges and insurance) on all returns or exchanges. We strongly recommend you use a reliable carrier for your returns which provides you with tracking number and insurance. These are very important in case of a late or lost package. If you ship from the US and wish to use USPS, please ship either with Signature Confirmation or Delivery Confirmation AND Insurance! We cannot be responsible for watches which are damaged/lost on the way, when you return them to us. We will only issue a refund after we have received the original watch.

Movement Adjustment
There are numerous reasons why a perfectly functioning wristwatch could need a small movement adjustment including transport, temperature changes (hot / cold), sudden movements or inconsistent lubrication by the movement manufacturer. We now offer Adjustments as a free-of-charge service included as part of your initial 2 year warranty for the original owner. This Adjustment can be made by most any watchmaker, however if you prefer us to do the adjustment, all you need to cover is the shipping costs (include a check for $15 for return shipping), but there won't be an additional charge for the actual adjustment.
