"I got the watch right on time (pun intended). The box it came in was attractive and the watch itself was in protective plastic wrap, some of which was a little stubborn to remove but not a great hassle. I generally don't wear a watch except the kind that reads your heart rate when exercising, but each time we take a trip the need for knowing the time seems to be increasing so I decided to get a watch. Since most of our trips are to a different time zone I decided on a GMT type of watch with dual time. Rolex has a real nice one called the "Explorer II" for about $5,000. This is my standard for comparison but not my price range so a Google search turned up Debaufre.com

I was pleasantly surprised to see some very attractive wrist watches on the Debaufre site and, in particular, one very much like the Explorer II. It was the GMT-2 with a white dial. The reviews were all favorable and as I added up the features of this watch, it was becoming more and more attractive and more and more affordable. My only concern was the size and the weight. When I placed the watch on my wrist the band was too long and I was thinking that I made the wrong purchase. However, one of my employees knows how to adjust the wrist band and with her help I got the watch comfortably fitted to my wrist. It didn't feel so awkward anymore and it really looks nice, even better than the pictures on the Internet.

Well I've been wearing it almost all the time now and I can shower and swim with it on. The magnifier for the date is essential for my presbyopic eyes, and I don't have to reach into my pocket for my cell phone to tell the time anymore. I am really happy with this watch. It compares with other watches that cost thousands of dollars more. It has the looks and quality I was looking for. It has been a couple of weeks but I am still thrilled to wear this beauty. I might just suggest you pre-adjust the wrist band at the sale. Thank you." Gary Stevens
