"Wow, on the phone yesterday placing an order and wearing the watch at 11:00a.m. the next day! I have owned about every big name diver out there and can say the Triton will hold its own against them all. That is saying a lot for a watch which retails for just over $500. The fit, finish and design of the Triton is second to none. Let me say to all potential buyers this is one watch that will make you keep your Rolex, Omega, Breitling watches and other big name expensive divers in the watch box and end up giving you guilty feelings that you are so please with a watch at this price point when you have spent thousands on others. I have read many post regarding customer service and can say my experience has been just as good as the others. I even made one call on a Saturday with the intent on leaving a message to hopefully be returned on Monday. Well, guess what, the phone and my questions were answered right then, on saturday afternoon. Now how about that for customer service.
