"I have been remiss in not contacting you sooner. My new replacement watch arrived on the 20th. Your attention, to what I had thought was a minor glitch with my new watch, was excellent. You cannot imagine my surprise when you contacted me telling me that it was a major problem and that you would be replacing it with a NEW watch. After sale customer service is what sets apart a good company from a GREAT company. Most companies would have made me wait for the problem to be fixed on the original watch. I know this to be true because I have had to wait 6+ months for a very expensive watch to be warrantied soon after purchase. You have great products at very fair prices for the extreme quality of movements and components used. Thanks again with best wishes for a long and prosperous future for Debaufre. I have several watches, but none I enjoy wearing and showing more than my Debaufre watches." Tim Gardner
